Brilliantly intense ruby hues precede a tantalising bouquet of strawberries, blackcurrant, ripe plym and black pepper & spice. It has a rich, textural palate with flavours of raspberry & strawberry jam, stewed cherries with just a touch of black peper and dried herb at the end.
